Ordering from Jackie's Auto Emergency Kits is easy! Simply browse our product categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number and tracking information.

We offer two shipping options for all orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 - Delivered in 5-7 business days
- Free Shipping: FREE on orders over $75 - Delivered in 5-7 business days
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order in two ways:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number
If you created an account, you can also view your order status by logging into My Account.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We're working on expanding our shipping to international destinations in the future.

We process orders quickly to get your emergency kit to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +1 210-737-1277 or info@jackiesautoclinic.com.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it and issue a full refund. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process (see Returns & Refunds section below).

Currently, we do not offer financing or payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
However, if you're paying with PayPal, you may be eligible for PayPal Credit or Pay in 4, which allows you to split your purchase into installments. These options are provided directly by PayPal and subject to approval.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Holiday Extended Returns: Items purchased between November 1 - December 31 can be returned until January 31 of the following year.

Returning an item is easy:

- Receive RMA number: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 24 hours
- Pack your return: Use original packaging if possible, include all accessories
- Ship it back: Use the prepaid label we provide (for eligible returns) or ship to our returns address
- Get your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Note: Always get an RMA number before returning items. Returns without RMA numbers may be delayed.
We pay return shipping for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong items shipped (our error)
- Products that don't match our description
Customer pays return shipping for:
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrong size/color/product
- No longer needed
Return shipping typically costs $8-15 via USPS or UPS Ground. We'll provide you with the most cost-effective shipping options when you request your RMA.
We inspect every product before shipping, but sometimes issues occur. If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Take photos: Document the damage or defect
- Contact us immediately: Email returns@jackiesautoclinic.com with your order number and photos
- We'll make it right: We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution. We'll provide a prepaid return label so you don't pay anything to return the item.
Yes! We're happy to exchange your item for a different product within 30 days of delivery.
How exchanges work:
- Contact us to request an exchange
- Return the original item following our return process
- We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge accordingly
